Easy stir fried green beans is one of my kids' favorite dishes, even for my meat lover husband. He always say Asians have a way to make all vegetables taste so much better! This is one of my to go vegetable dish, I serve it with a bowl of rice, and my little boy would be very happy. This stir fried green beans is a quick side dish option. Only takes 1 minutes for prepare, then 10 minutes later, this dish is ready!
Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, washer and dried (optional: Trim both ends and cut it into 2 inch lengths)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (optional: Adjust the amount as you like)
Instruction
Step 1 Put 3 tablespoon oil in the wok and heat it on medium for 3-4 minutes, until it starts smoking.
Step 2 Toss all the green beans into the wok and stir it occasionally to avoid burning
Step 3 Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, sprinkles garlic salt all over, and keep stirring for another 3-4 minutes
Step 4 Serve hot, when green beans look slightly crisp and center is all cooked
